The South Carolina Gamecocks are going to have a couple of positions to fill on coach Will Muschamp’s staff, according to a pair of reports on Saturday.
First, it was reported that RB coach Thomas Brown was leaving for the Los Angeles Rams.
Now, it appears that DL coach John Scott Jr. is leaving for the same job on Penn State’s staff, per a report from college football insider Bruce Feldman:

Scott coached at Arkansas in 2017 and 2018 before taking the South Carolina job in 2019. Now, after only a year in Columbia, he’s heading off to join the Nittany Lions.
We’ll see who Muschamp decides to bring in to fill those 2 key spots on his staff.
