Report: Big 12 agrees to scheduling model for 2020 football season

So far, the Pac-12 is the only Power 5 conference that has released a full schedule (and based on a player movement out West, it’s anyone’s guess if the season will actually be played).
The ACC, Big Ten and SEC have all at least settled on scheduling models, and on Monday night, the Big 12 reportedly joined those ranks.
According to ESPN’s Heather Dinich, the Big 12 will play seasons with a total of 10 games per team:
The Big 12 presidents and chancellors approved a scheduling model that will include nine conference games, plus one nonconference game, multiple sources within the league told ESPN on Tuesday evening.
That will allow each of the 10 teams to play each other and provides for one nonconference game, too.
The Big 12 season is supposed to be the first one to kick off, starting Aug. 29. We’ll see if that changes when the official schedule is announced.
