Alabama star Ryan Coleman-Williams appeared to suffer a non-contact knee injury late in the first half against Georgia on Saturday night.

Coleman-Williams jumped for a pass in the end zone near the end of the second quarter and seemed to land awkwardly. After initially trying to jump to his feet, Williams stayed on the field and received medical attention for several minutes before being helped to the locker room.

Here’s a look at the play:

Coleman-Williams is one of Alabama‘s best overall playmakers along with Lotzeir Brooks. He caught 2 passes for 33 yards before exiting this game just before halftime.

If Coleman-Williams did indeed suffer a significant injury, it would be a major loss for Alabama’s passing attack. Alabama quarterback Keelon Russell has leaned on Coleman-Williams throughout the season. The junior wide receiver entered this week with 20 receptions for 376 yards and 4 touchdowns (team-high).

With Coleman-Williams sidelined, Brooks and Rico Scott will likely see increased usage in the passing game along with backup Derek Meadows.

Alabama held a 14-10 lead over Georgia at the half.
