SEC finalizes TV network for Georgia at Mississippi State in Week 11

The lone remaining Week 11 kickoff time and television network decision was finalized Sunday morning, as 5th-ranked Georgia will play at Mississippi State at Noon ET. The game at Davis-Wade Stadium will be telecast on ESPN.
Georgia improved to 7-1 overall and 5-1 in the SEC by outlasting Florida 24-21 in Week 10. Quarterback Gunner Stockton passed for 223 yards and 2 touchdowns in the rivalry win played in Jacksonville, which running back Chauncey Bowens secured via a 36-yard touchdown run with 4:36 remaining.

Mississippi State (5-4, 1-4) earned the first SEC victory in coach Jeff Lebby’s 2-year tenure in Starkville during Week 10, downing Arkansas 38-35 in Fayetteville. Mississippi State trailed by 14 points with 13:43 remaining, but rallied to take the lead on Blake Shapen’s 18-yard touchdown pass to Anthony Evans III on 4th down with 48 seconds to play.
Georgia has dominated the all-time series against Mississippi State, winning 21 of 27 contests and the past 5 straight. Georgia downed Mississippi State 41-31 last season in Athens. The last time Mississippi State earned a victory against Georgia was 2010, a 24-12 win in Starkville.
The other SEC games in Week 11: The Citadel at No. 7 Ole Miss (1 pm ET, SEC Network+), No. 3 Texas A&M at No. 19 Missouri (3:30 pm ET, ABC), Auburn at No. 9 Vanderbilt (4 pm ET, SEC Network), LSU at No. 4 Alabama (7:30 pm, ABC) and Florida at Kentucky (7:30 pm, SEC Network).
