The SEC Network is bringing the popular SEC Nation pregame show to Norman, Okla., on Saturday for a pivotal Week 9 matchup between the Oklahoma Sooners and the Ole Miss Rebels.
Both SEC Nation and Marty & McGee will emanate from outside Gaylord Family-Oklahoma Memorial Stadium starting at 9 a.m. ET on Saturday. Marty Smith and Ryan McGee deliver an hour-long telecast before stepping aside for Laura Rutledge, Roman Harper, Tim Tebow, Jordan Rodgers and Paul Finebaum.
The Sooners are 6-1 overall and 2-1 in SEC play following a 26-7 victory over South Carolina in Week 8. Running back Tory Blaylock rushed for 101 yards and a touchdown, and quarterback John Mateer passed for 150 yards and a score as he continues his recovery from hand surgery.
Ole Miss (6-1, 3-1) absorbed its first defeat of 2025 in Week 8, falling to Georgia 43-35 between the hedges in Athens. Quarterback Trinidad Chambliss accounted for 305 total yards and 3 touchdowns in the loss (1 passing, 2 rushing). Ole Miss coach Lane Kiffin fell to 5-6 against ranked teams in his tenure in Oxford after losing to Georgia.
The Rebels are 2-0 against the Sooners all-time, first winning the 1999 Independence Bowl 27-25 in Shreveport, La., and then taking down Oklahoma 26-14 in Oxford last season.
