The SEC had another exciting slate of games on Saturday, with both the SEC East and West division titles being decided.
Alabama and Georgia will meet in Atlanta on the first Saturday of December, but the other 12 teams still have a lot to play for down the stretch, too.
On Sunday morning, SEC Network analyst Cole Cubelic took to Twitter to share his takeaways for each of the 12 SEC teams that were in action on Saturday. Arkansas and Vanderbilt were off this week, but here’s what Cubelic thought of the teams that did play in Week 10:
We do it each week. My Sunday SEC takeaways…
ALABAMA: They have the best offensive & defensive player in CFB. OL was magnificent in protection. The offense has entered a very small group of most difficult to defend in the history of the sport. Flaws are minuscule.

FLORIDA: Run game absent. Thought they were close coming in to this game. Lot of the plan was in QBs hands early. When that didnโt get going it was over. Lack of pressure too much against that offense. Leadership needed down the stretch.

KENTUCKY: Need a 3rd option outside Snell & Bowden. Struggled to stretch the field. The tackling struggles were uncharacteristic. Still a ton to play for & that team will stay motivated. Couldnโt afford the turnovers & flags in that type of a game. Mental breakdowns costly.

MISSISSIPPI STATE: Good to see Fitz generating explosive plays again. Dominant game on both lines of scrimmage. Best center in the SEC & maybe in CFB. Will need massive games from OL & DL this week. Would like to see completion % increase but limited flags & no turnovers.

OLE MISS: Worst tackling team in CFB. Talent everywhere on offense but just canโt find stops. Run game got going & balance was there offensively. Putting up 616 & 237 on the ground in a loss is a punch in the gut. Still can grab a win or two with whatโs left.

TENNESSEE: Any win is really good for this program right now. The young guys need to learn how to compete & finish games. Big part of the foundation. OL is brutal without Smith. Concern with statistics should be limited at this point. Bowl eligibility will be a grind.

TEXAS A&M: Brutal pick late. Have to finish that one on the road. Front seven played well. Thought the OL was pretty good overall. To run on that defense is impressive. Decision making on offense a bit concerning in 2nd half. 3rd down offense & turnovers were too much to overcome

Next week is another big one across the SEC. Tune in next Sunday to see what Cubelic thinks of those games.
