With Kenny Hill serving a two-game suspension, Texas A&M coach Kevin Sumlin confirmed Saturday that true freshman wideout Speedy Noil will get snaps at quarterback this week behind starter Kyle Allen and backup Conner McQueen.
Hill was suspended before today’s win over Louisiana-Monroe after a violation of team rules and university policy. Allen was virtually ineffective during the Aggies’ 21-16 win, going 13-for-28 for 106 yards, a touchdown and an interception.
Aggies WR Speedy Noil could become an emergency quarterback behind Kyle Allen & Connor McQueen while Kenny Hill is out, Sumlin said.
