Tennessee reveals uniform combination for Week 3 game vs. Georgia

The 15th-ranked Tennessee Volunteers are gearing up for a high-stakes Week 3 face-off at the iconic Neyland Stadium against their hated in-conference rivals, the No. 6 Georgia Bulldogs.
The Dawgs have bested the Vols in each of the past 8 seasons, but this weekend figures to be an extremely competitive contest as the two sides look to be fairly evenly matched on paper.
As such, Rocky Top is sure to be rocking come kickoff time, as this is one of the few times over the past decade that Tennessee can truly say they enter a game against a top-10 Georgia side on equal footing with the Dawgs.
In anticipation of the massive game, the Vols also just revealed the uniform combination they will be sporting as they run out of the tunnel to meet Georgia on their official X account.
Tennessee will be wearing their classic home uniform combination of white helmets, orange jerseys, and white pants, which is fitting as the fans will also be checkerboarding Neyland in orange and white for the game as well.
If the Vols do finally end up snapping their longstanding losing streak against the Dawgs, then it seems only fitting that they do so wearing their timeless home jerseys in front of what’s sure to be a packed-out home crowd.
Kickoff is set for 3:30 p.m. ET on ABC. Georgia is a 3.5-point favorite in the game, per BetMGM.
