Tennessee schedules 5 non-conference games across 5 upcoming seasons

Tennessee football has scheduled 5 games that will be played across the next 5 seasons inside Neyland Stadium in Knoxville, Tennessee. With that, Tennessee’s non-conference schedules have been finalized for the 2028 and 2029 seasons.
First up, the Vols will face off against UT Chattanooga in 2028 and 2029. From there, Tennessee will host Bowling Green in 2029, UT Martin in 2030 and Austin Peay in 2031. All these teams except Bowling Green will be paid $550,000 per game. Bowling Green, an FBS opponent, will cash in $1.3 million for their 2029 matchup.
Here’s a look at Tennessee’s schedules as they currently stand through 2031, with newly added matchups in italics.
