Barber ended the 2023 season with 75 catches for 999 yards and 5 touchdowns. Over 3 seasons with the Trojans, Barber racked up 132 catches for 1,674 yards and 10 TDs. The receiver was one of the top remaining receiver options in the portal.
The addition of Barber would be huge for the Aggies, who have lost several talented players this offseason. Evan Stewart, Raymond Cottrell, and Jordan Anthony have all left the Aggies’ receiver room thus far. Overall, the Aggies have lost 23 players to the portal.
In addition to Barber, the Aggies have also brought in several other receivers. Javon Harvey, Cyrus Allen, and Wesley Watson will help make up a new-look receiver room in College Station.
