Brian George, a 6-foot-2 and 190-pound junior college cornerback, made his pledge to the Aggies in a video he posted to Twitter. He tweeted, “Leave Everything in Gods Hands Everything was Gods Plan !!!🙏🏾COMMITTED (no interviews).”
In August, George narrowed his list to 10 teams, including Miami, Kentucky, Auburn, Arkansas, Nebraska, Georgia, Alabama, Florida and Oklahoma. He reportedly had Auburn at No. 1 as recently as last week, according to AL.com.
George is the No. 22 commit for this class for the Aggies, which before his addition was already ranked No. 3 in the SEC and No. 5 in the country. He was named a second-team NJCAA All-American this season after recording 26 tackles, two interceptions, six pass breakups and a fumble recovery, according to GigEm247.
