The No. 2 interior offensive lineman out of the state of Florida in the Class of 2027 has whittled his list to just a pair of finalists: Texas and Auburn.
Reed Ramsier originally fielded an offer list that included programs such as Clemson, Alabama, Georgia, Florida and Miami, but this week canceled his previously scheduled official visit to Clemson. He’ll now visit Auburn on June 12 and Texas on June 19, according to a report from Hayes Fawcett Thursday.
As you can see above, Ramsier certainly has the size to play guard in the SEC. He stands at 6-foot-5, 290 pounds and hails from The First Academy in Orlando, Florida.
According to 247Sports’s composite rankings, Ramsier is considered to be the No. 362 overall prospect in the Class of 2027, as well as the No. 18 guard and No. 35 overall prospect out of the state of Florida.
Auburn currently holds one commitment from a guard in the Class of 2027, 3-star prospect Jaylon Moore. Texas, on the other hand, has landed a pledge from 2 guards thus far: 3-star prospect Keyon Hemphill-Woods and 3-star Jackson Cook.
