Texas star receiver Cam Coleman will miss out on the Longhorns’ Week 10 game against Mizzou, according to a report.
ESPN’s Pete Thamel noted that Coleman was not participating in pregame warmups on Saturday morning, indicating that he won’t play against the Tigers. Coleman has been nursing an injury and was expected to be a game-time decision against Mizzou.

When healthy, Coleman is regarded as one of the top receivers in the nation. He was a highly sought after transfer this past offseason, but hasn’t made as big of an impact with the Longhorns as expected.
Entering Week 10, Coleman has caught 23 passes for 409 yards. He has been a significant red zone threat, though, as he currently leads the SEC with 7 touchdown catches on the season.
With Coleman out, Texas will rely more heavily on star receiver Ryan Wingo and starter Emmett Mosely V. Coleman has played over 83% of Texas’s offensive snaps this season, so it’s not clear who will take his place in the starting lineup.
Kickoff for this game is set for 12 p.m. ET on Saturday in Columbia.
