The Sporting News reveals 2026 preseason All-America teams, including several SEC stars

The 2026 Sporting News preseason All-American teams have been revealed, and several SEC stars cracked the first and second team rosters.
To be exact, 23 SEC players were listed, including 14 first-team members and 9 second-team members. Texas leads the way with 7 representatives, followed by Ole Miss with 4, Georgia with 3, South Carolina and Mizzou with 2 and Auburn, LSU, Alabama, Mississippi State and Oklahoma each landing one. Incredibly, Texas landed 5 first-team players alone — 2 on offense, 2 on defense and one on special teams.
The Longhorns have themselves a squad this year, folks.
