Tua Tagovailoa likely isn’t in a position to tell the Dolphins who to pick in the upcoming 2021 NFL Draft, but if Miami is interested in the quarterback’s thoughts on a prospect from Alabama, he’d certainly welcome the addition of a familiar face to South Beach.

During a recent interview with Yahoo Sports, Tagovailoa was asked to share his thoughts on Najee Harris’ game.

“He’s a well-rounded running back,” Tagovailoa said of Harris. “He’s very athletic, he can run, he can make a man miss, he can power through someone and he’s very good in the pass game. Not just with catching, but I think what’s overshadowed by his success with the catches and the runs, is blocking.”

Miami’s starting quarterback then went a step further when discussing Harris.

โ€œHeโ€™s going to be a fun guy to watch this upcoming season,โ€ Tagovailoa added. โ€œI’m excited to see him. Hopefully weโ€™re on the same team, who knows.โ€

The Dolphins definitely have the draft capital to make this happen as Miami owns the No. 3 and No. 18 selections in the 2021 NFL Draft.

There’s plenty of speculation that Miami will be interested in DeVonta Smith with the No. 3 pick and if Harris is around at No. 18, we could see the Dolphins use both first-round selections to help Tua out in 2021.
