Tyrese Maxey is a walking bucket.
The former Kentucky Wildcats star has only gotten better since entering the league in 2020-21. And after several good years in the league, Maxey hit a scoring milestone Sunday night against the Indiana Pacers.
For the first time in his career, Maxey has scored 50 points in a single game, adding 7 rebounds, 5 assists and 3 blocks for good measure.
Philly went on to win, 137-126.

Maxey has been playing out of his head to start this season for the Sixers. He’s averaging just over 25 points per game this season through the first 8 games of the year.
Unfortunately, Maxey’s sole season at Kentucky came during the Covid-19 pandemic year, which saw the NCAA Tournament canceled. The Wildcats were 25-6 that season with a roster that included Maxey, Immanuel Quickley and Nick Richards.
