UCF unveils ‘hot dog pass’ ticket option featuring unlimited hot dogs through halftime

The UCF Knights are off to a solid start to the 2026 campaign. They’ve beaten the Bethune-Cookman Wildcats and Georgia State Panthers, but lost to the Pittsburgh Panthers. They open their Big 12 slate this weekend vs. the TCU Horned Frogs. To celebrate, they’re opening their concessions stands to potential onslaught.
Thursday morning, UCF announced it was creating a “Hot Dog Pass” ticket plan. The pass gives you a game ticket and unlimited hot dogs through halftime of whatever game you attend.
Fans, of course, were thrilled to hear about the possibility of endless hot dogs. Some didn’t like that the school capped the promotion to just their first halves, though.
The Knights coasted by Bethune-Cookman 73-6 in game one before falling at Pittsburgh 12-7. The Knights posted just 206 yards against the ACC’s Panthers before rebounding with a 44-30 win vs. Georgia State. Now, they face a TCU team that lost to the North Carolina Tar Heels on international turf to open its season, but responded with victories over Grambling State and Arkansas State.
The Horned Frogs, led by Sonny Dykes, are viewed as slight favorites against Scott Frost’s Knights. TCU and UCF kick off at 3:30 p.m. E.T. on Saturday (FS1).
