USA TODAY releases SEC bowl projections as Week 10 approaches

The 2018 season is already entering Week 10, and that means bowl projections are starting to become more consistent.
There’s still room for drama and chaos, as we saw last weekend, but for now, the top teams are starting to separate themselves from the rest of the pack.
This week, USA TODAY expert Erick Smith updated his bowl projections, and he has 10 SEC teams projected to play this postseason.
As you can see below, he has Alabama in the College Football Playoff. Here’s where he has the other nine teams:

- Cotton Bowl (CFP) vs. Ohio State
Auburn
- Music City Bowl vs. Miami
Florida
- Citrus Bowl vs. Penn State
Georgia
- Sugar Bowl vs. Oklahoma
Kentucky
- Fiesta Bowl vs. West Virginia
LSU
- Peach Bowl vs. UCF
Mississippi State
- Gator Bowl vs. Wisconsin
Missouri
- Liberty Bowl vs. Oklahoma State
South Carolina
- Belk Bowl vs. Virginia
Texas A&M
- Outback Bowl vs. Michigan State
