USA Today unveils 2022 preseason All-America teams; SEC lands 7 players on first team

USA Today came out with its preseason All-America team, and it features plenty of household names from the SEC, including Alabama’s Bryce Young and Will Anderson Jr., and Georgia’s Brock Bowers, Jalen Carter and Kelee Ringo.

Alabama had 6 players selected to the first and second teams, and other teams with multiple selections on the 2 teams are Notre Dame and Georgia with 4, Ohio State with 3, and Baylor, Clemson, Iowa, Kansas State, Michigan and USC with 2. Missouri’s Harrison Mevis made it as the kicker on the first team.
