Video: Mizzou WR Jake Brents sends message to father on Veterans Day

As we honor all the brave men and women who have served in the armed forces on this Veterans Day, Mizzou WR Jake Brents wished all veterans the best.
In the above video, Brents, a senior member of the Tigers, spoke specifically to his father, who is stationed in Baghdad, Iraq.
“Dad, if you get to see this, I love you and I’ll see you soon,” Brents says in the video.
Brents is a 6-foot-3, 210-pound receiver from Springfield, Missouri. Here’s hoping his dad sees the message and is able to return home soon.
