Wake Forest AD John Currie reveals high interest in teams looking to play in Gator Bowl
Texas A&M and Gator Bowl have already announced that the Aggies will have to drop out of the bowl game, and now Gator Bowl officials are looking for another opponent to face Wake Forest.
Wake Forest Athletics Director John Currie spoke out on the ongoing situation and what could happen next. Interest remains high, including from teams that have already played in a bowl game this season.

Wake AD John Currie says there are teams that have already played in bowl games that have expressed an interest in playing them in the Gator Bowl. “Whatever waivers might need to be in place to enable that to happen are likely to happen.”

The Gator Bowl is supposed to be played on Dec. 31.
