WATCH: Alabama, Georgia fans troll Ohio State fans by congratulating them for Cotton Bowl win

The Alabama Crimson Tide snuck into the College Football Playoff ahead of the Big Ten-champion Ohio State Buckeyes by virtue of not having an embarrassing road loss to Iowa.
The Tide showed the committee made the right choice, as they dominated Clemson in the Sugar Bowl and will now face Georgia in the National Championship Game.
Ahead of the title game, though, Alabama and Georgia fans alike were sure to make sure they acknowledged Ohio State’s Cotton Bowl victory in the video below, shared by @si_ncaafb on Twitter:

Obviously, the Buckeyes’ victory didn’t carry the same stakes Monday night’s game does, and SEC fans are quick to note that.
However, the Buckeyes will once again have a loaded team in 2018, so it won’t be easy to keep them out of next year’s Playoff.
