WATCH: Georgia scores first TD of National Championship Game in ‘Wild Dawg’ formation

It took almost two complete quarters for the first TD of the game, but Georgia finally broke the seal.
Mecole Hardman took the direct snap and faked the handoff to Sony Michel and beat Alabama’s defense to the corner for the TD. The score put Georgia up 13-0 at halftime. The Dawgs completely dominated the first half.
We knew Kirby Smart would have a few wrinkles for his former boss, Nick Saban.
