WATCH: Marcus Lattimore’s first pregame speech as HS coach

Marcus Lattimore gave it all his a Gamecock, and now he expects the same from his own players.
The former South Carolina running back made his debut as the coach at Heathwood Hall on Thursday. The State newspaper was inside the locker room as Lattimore delivered a fiery, passionate speech demanding 100 percent from his players.
With the kind of passion Lattimore shows in the speech below, the USC legend is sure to leave a lasting impression as a coach.
