College football is officially back, and we already have our first strange moment of the 2019 season.

This comes to us from the Colgate-Villanova FCS showdown, where a random football caused a delay in the action.

You don’t often see that at the college level. That’s more of an issue in the high school ranks, when young children sometimes serve as ballboys.

We can’t wait to see what other weirdness the 2019 season brings!
