The SEC has three of the top 10 quarterbacks in the country, as ranked by ESPN’s Total Quarterback Ranking.

The ranking, which takes into account strength of schedule, measures from zero to 100, where 50 is average. Top quarterbacks are in the upper 80s and 90s for a season.

Alabama’s Tua Tagovailoa is the best in the SEC, and behind former teammate Jalen Hurts at Alabama for tops in the country.

This reflects what more traditional numbers suggest, such as LSU’s Joe Burrow being second in the country in yards per game at 380, while Tagovailoa is third at 343. Burrow also leads the country at completing 80 percent of his passes.

Tagovailoa and Georgia’s Jake Fromm also are part of a group that hasn’t thrown an interception this season.

Here is where the rest of the SEC quarterbacks rank:

2-Tua Tagovailoa, Alabama (96.2)
4-Joe Burrow, LSU (93.4)
6-Jake Fromm, Georgia (86.9)
13-Garrett Shrader, Mississippi State (78.8)
26-Bo Nix, Auburn (74.4)
28-Kelly Bryant, Missouri (74.3)
33-Kellen Mond, Texas A&M (72.7)
47-Feleipe Franks, Florida (67.2)
71-Sawyer Smith, Kentucky (56.2)
73-Ryan Hilinski, South Carolina (55.0)
86-Matt Corral, Ole Miss (50.0)
91-Nick Starkel, Arkansas (46.7)
95-Jarrett Guarantano, Tennessee (44.8)
104-Riley Neal, Vanderbilt (42.1)
