Who knew? Ellen DeGeneres is apparently a huge fan of Randall Cobb

Ellen DeGeneres drew some attention on Sunday when she was caught sitting next to President George W. Bush at the Green Bay Packers-Dallas Cowboys game. But it turns out, she’s also a huge fan of former Kentucky star Randall Cobb.
“Randall Cobb! We love you, we love you,” DeGeneres said on the sidelines in a video captured by NFL Films.
Cobb replied, “What’s up. How ya doin’, good to see you.”
DeGeneres and wife Portia de Rossi exchanged hugs with Cobb.
DeGeneres explained why she was at the game during a recent monologue, according to Page Six.
“We wanted to keep up with the Joneses,” she said on Tuesday’s episode of “The Ellen DeGeneres Show.”
“When we were invited, I was aware that I was going be surrounded with people from very different views and beliefs, and I’m not talking about politics; I was rooting for the Packers,” she explained, “and get this — everybody in the Cowboys suite was rooting for the Cowboys, so I had to hide my cheese hat in Portia’s purse.”
“They thought why is a gay Hollywood liberal sitting next to a conservative Republican president,” she said, “but a lot of people were mad.”
Being a Packers fan, it’s understandable to to root for Cobb, who played for the Packers from 2011-18 before he agreed to a deal with the Cowboys for this season.
