In less than a month, the march to the 2026-27 College Football Playoff will begin. Week 0 kicks off on August 29, with the full Week 1 slate beginning the following week.
Soon, we’ll have a good idea of which teams are contenders for the Playoff and which are pretenders. But first, let’s take a look back at last year’s field.
Obviously, Curt Cignetti and the Indiana Hoosiers, led by Heisman Trophy-winning QB Fernando Mendoza, cruised to a victory to finish off a perfect season. In the SEC, 5 teams made the field — the Georgia Bulldogs, the Ole Miss Rebels, the Texas A&M Aggies, the Oklahoma Sooners and the Alabama Crimson Tide.
For today’s Word Search, all you have to do is find all 12 teams from last year’s Playoff field as fast as you can. As always, share your results with your friends and on social media.
Check out more Word Search puzzles and our main Saturday Down South Games Hub, too.
Enjoy!
