The SEC has had some of the top college football coaches of all-time. Bear Bryant graced multiple SEC sidelines, as did Nick Saban. Now, Georgia coach Kirby Smart is widely considered one of the top coaches in the sport.
But it was Vanderbilt coach Clark Lea who won the SEC Coach of the Year honors in 2025 — the first time a Vanderbilt coach had received the award since Bobby Johnson back in 2008.
Today, SEC football Coach of the Year winners are the subject of our Word Search puzzle. We’ve put together the last 11 SEC coaches to win either the AP or Coaches SEC Coach of the Year vote. Some of these coaches have won the award multiple times (like Smart and Saban, for example), so these are the last 11 unique names to win.
