Will Levis will reportedly not play in the 2025 NFL season.

According to reports, the former Kentucky quarterback is set to have surgery on his throwing shoulder. The injury is from last year and was aggravated during the season. With Levis out, the Tennessee Titans are set to turn to No. 1 overall pick Cam Ward as the starter.

Per NFL Network insider Ian Rapoport, Levis elected to have surgery next week to ensure his long-term health for 2026 and beyond.

A second-round pick in the 2023 NFL Draft, Levis has started 21 games for Tennessee over the past 2 seasons. The Titans are 5-16 in those games. Levis has completed 61% of his passes (339-of-556) for 3,899 yards, 21 touchdowns and 16 interceptions.
