Mel Kiper Jr. names top QB prospects for 2022 NFL Draft
With the NFL Draft less than 6 months away, ESPN NFL Draft analyst Mel Kiper Jr. has named his top quarterbacks for next year’s draft and they include this SEC quarterback.
.@MelKiperESPN says it’s a four QB race for the No. 1 draft pick between Kenny Pickett at Pitt, Matt Corral at Ole Miss, Desmond Ridder at Cincinnati and Malik Willis at Liberty.

Kiper’s picks are Kenny Pickett at Pitt, Matt Corral at Ole Miss, Desmond Ridder at Cincinnati, and Malik Willis at Liberty.
Many college football experts think the Corral is the front runner for the Heisman this season. He has thrown for nearly 2000 yards, 15 touchdowns, and only 1 interception.
Corral has also rushed for 474 yards this season averaging nearly 70 yards per game. Yet, despite all of this, Kiper says none of these quarterbacks is a clear-cut No. 1, at least not yet.
“Right now there is no clear cut No. 1. Anybody that tells you that, it’s not accurate,” Kiper said.
I guess we won’t find out who goes first until next year’s NFL Draft.
