Best catch in Omaha? Oklahoma first baseman flips over railing to secure foul ball

Oklahoma first baseman Blake Robertson turned in a memorable catch in the first inning of Sunday night’s game against Notre Dame.
Against leadoff batter Ryan Cole, the Notre Dame left fielder, Robertson ran all the way to the front part of the Notre Dame dugout, leaned over the railing and made the catch while flipping over.
Robertson has already had a strong appearance in Omaha. In Friday’s win over Texas A&M, he hit a two-run single up the middle during a 1-for-3 game in which he had 3 RBIs, and a walk.
The loser of the Notre Dame-Oklahoma game will play Texas A&M, which earlier on Sunday eliminated Texas and stay alive in Omaha. That game will be at 2 p.m. ET on Tuesday on ESPN.
