Ole Miss’ troll job of Texas A&M stirs up social media chatter from 3 fan bases

Ole Miss takes on Texas A&M this week, and to get fans fired up, the Rebels’ social media team pulled out a troll job of the Aggies with an image of a Longhorn and a “Beat Texas” only with A&M Sharpied into the image.

Most Aggies’ fans took it in stride, and said that Ole Miss wished it could play the weaker team, Texas, but instead must content with A&M. Still others wrote, “Nice burn, just got to back it up!” and “This is like a three-way troll. Trolling A&M because we are โ€œlittle brotherโ€ to ut-Austin. Trolling Texas because they thought they were โ€œexcitedโ€ to get an easy win against them. And trolling themselves because they now realize they have to play and possibly lose against TAMU.”
