Matt Luke and his Ole Miss program are on a tear in recruiting as the Rebels just picked up commitment No. 8 since the start of June.

The latest good news on the recruiting trail comes from Conway High School offensive lineman Robert Scott of Conway, Ark. Ole Miss landed the pledge of Scott over Arkansas, TCU, Kansas, Louisville and Arkansas State. The 6-foot-6, 295-pound Scott is currently rated as a three-star prospect by 247Sports but he does not have a Composite Ranking at this time.

Scott announced his commitment with the following message:

“First and foremost I thank God for giving me the ability to play this sport that I love. I want to thank my parents, sister, and the rest of my family and friends for all their support throughout this process. Next I want to thank all of the AMAZING Coaches at Conway High School for taking interest in me, and pushing me to challenge myself. You already know I cannot forget about all of the AMAZING teammates that have been there from the beginning; pushing and encouraging me to be the BEST teammate I can be. I want to thank all of the coaches at Ole Miss (Coach Bicknell and Coach Luke especially) for seeing something in me and giving me an opportunity to showcase my talent at their phenomenal school. Thanks to all the schools that took interest in me, I really appreciate all the offers extended to me. #HottyToddy #LandSharks”

After signing seven offensive linemen in the 2019 recruiting cycle, Ole Miss now holds pledges from four offensive linemen in this cycle. Here is an updated look at the program’s latest recruiting class:
