6 SEC teams crack Collegiate Baseball’s 2022 preseason top 25 rankings

The calendar has yet to turn to 2022, but that doesn’t mean we can’t look ahead to the upcoming college baseball season!
The Collegiate Baseball Newspaper revealed its preseason top 50 poll on Monday, and 6 SEC teams cracked the top 25.
As you can see below, Vanderbilt — last year’s runner-up — led the way for SEC teams at No. 2, behind No. 1 Texas:
- No. 2 — Vanderbilt
- No. 3 — LSU
- No. 6 — Florida
- No. 9 — Mississippi State
- No. 19 — Ole Miss
- No. 20 — Arkansas
