Bets of gambling experts suggest Mississippi State-Alabama game going to be closer than expected
Alabama is a 14-point favorite against Mississippi State in Starkville this weekend, and the public loves the Crimson Tide to cover.
However, in Vegas, the experts are putting their money on the Bulldogs to cover, putting four times more money on Mississippi State.
According to Patrick Everson, that’s the reason why the line hasn’t grown as the game has gotten closer:
Per @CGTechnology_ @themoneylineguy on ALA-MISSST: Tide open -14.5, quickly dip to 14 and stay there all week. "This one is a sneaky good game." @Covers

2/ Per @themoneylineguy on ALA-MISSST: "“Sharps have weighed in, taking Mississippi State. Four times more money on account is backing the Bulldogs.” Public all on Alabama. @Covers

Alabama won by 14 (24-10) over LSU last weekend, but will have its hands full with a talented Mississippi State team in Starkville this weekend.
Will the Crimson Tide leave Starkville with a win? That remains to be seen, but the experts in Vegas think the game will at least be a close one on Saturday night.
Check out the game at 6 p.m. Central time on ESPN.
