The feud between Booger McFarland and Myles Garrett doesn’t seem to be quieting down any time soon.

Garrett was booked for a segment on ESPN’s Mike & Mike radio show Monday morning, but canceled at the last minute when he found out that McFarland was a guest host. The SEC Network analyst has been critical of Garrett’s production on the field, saying it doesn’t live up to the hype generated from his “freak of nature” combine numbers.

Hours later on ESPN radio show Russillo and Kanell, Garrett said he canceled the segment because of McFarland’s “bias and negativity.”

McFarland appeared on “The Paul Finebaum Show” this afternoon and issued a challenge to Garrett: How will you deal with the NFL media if you can’t talk to me?

“If you can’t talk to a country boy from Louisiana, how are you going to deal with Mary Kay Cabot from the Cleveland Plain Dealer when she writes an article about you that you are not living up to what you are supposed to be?” McFarland asked. “How are you going to deal with that? How are you going to deal with the national pundits saying you aren’t JJ Watt, you aren’t living up to what you are suppose to be?”

McFarland also relayed an awkward moment when he and Garrett walked past each others in the halls of ESPN’s studios. He said the two made eye contact, but Garrett did not say anything.
