Most 2022 NFL Mock Drafts feature around a dozen SEC players going in Round 1.

But, on Wednesday, CBS Sports analyst Chris Trapasso put together his latest mock, and he only had 10 SEC standouts going in the first 32 picks.

As you can see below, he has Alabama’s Evan Neal in the No. 1 overall spot. He has Alabama and Georgia sending multiple players to the NFL as first-round picks:

  • No. 7 — Charles Cross, OL, Mississippi State — New York Giants
  • No. 8 — Derek Stingley Jr., CB, LSU — Atlanta Falcons
  • No. 12 — Kaiir Elam, CB, Florida — Minnesota Vikings
  • No. 13 — Treylon Burks, WR, Arkansas — Cleveland Browns
  • No. 18 — Jameson Williams, WR, Alabama — New Orleans Saints
  • No. 20 — Matt Corral, QB, Ole Miss — Pittsburgh Steelers
  • No. 21 — Nakobe Dean, LB, Georgia — New England Patriots
  • No. 28 — Lewis Cine, S, Georgia — Green Bay Packers
  • No. 30 — Kenyon Green, OL, Texas A&M — Miami Dolphins
