One of L.A. Tech’s players had very unsportsmanlike behavior on Friday.

L.A. Tech played UTEP in a C-USA matchup. After UTEP fumbled the ball away there was a player down on the field. One Bulldog player came over to him and stepped on the UTEP player’s head.

No penalty flag was thrown, and the player wasn’t even ejected from the game after what happened.

Justice wasn’t served in the final score either. The Bulldogs ended up beating the Miners 24-10 regardless.

No matter what team you support most college football fans will probably agree that this kind of thing doesn’t belong in the sport. It’s unfortunate that the referees weren’t paying attention at this moment.

The C-USA is dealing with the effects of conference realignment this season. The conference lost UTSA, Charlotte, North Texas, FAU, Rice, and UAB to the American Athletic Conference.

Hopefully the UTEP player was okay after the terrible display of sportsmanship from L.A. Tech.
