Danny Kanell ranks top 12 teams following Week 2 college football action

Danny Kanell has seen enough of Week 2 in the college football world.
The former Florida State QB turned CFB analyst has put together his rankings of the top 12 teams in the country heading into Week 3.
Normally a Sunday morning feature from Kanell, he’s understandably excited for this strong 2-0 start to the year from his Seminoles. As you can see below, Kanell has Georgia in the No. 1 spot in his rankings, but FSU is close behind at No. 2:

Georgia is the only SEC team to crack the top 12, which is hard to argue with at this point. Alabama, Florida, South Carolina, LSU and Texas A&M have all suffered losses to fellow Power 5 programs already this year.
The only SEC team that has a potential gripe with Kanell’s rankings is Ole Miss. The Rebels improved to 2-0 with a win at No. 24 Tulane on Saturday.
Can the Rebels crack Kanell’s top 12 next week? We’ll see what Week 3 has in store around the country.
