Daquayvious Sorey, 4-star 2023 recruit, sets new commitment date with SEC finalists

Daquayvious Sorey has a new commitment date. This weekend, the blue-chip prospect out of Florida shared an updated recruiting graphic with a new commitment date of Friday, Aug. 26.
Sorey says he will be committing to Alabama, Auburn, Florida or Miami.

Sorey is listed at 6-2, 185 pounds. On the 247Sports composite rankings, Sorey is rated 4-stars, the No. 22 wide receiver, No. 43 Florida product and No. 188 prospect overall in the class of 2023. A pair of 247Sports experts have submitted recent Crystal Ball predictions that Sorey lands at Auburn.
This will be Sorey’s second commitment. On Feb. 19, 2021, Sorey committed to Georgia where Xavian Sorey Jr., his cousin, is entering his second season as a Bulldogs linebacker. Daquayvious Sorey reopened his recruitment on Feb. 25, 2022, decommitting from UGA.
