Wednesday’s round of significant layoffs by ESPN is affecting more than just individuals, it’s apparently moving an entire channel.

The network’s college station ESPNU will no longer be headquartered in Charlotte, according to Katherine Peralta of The State. The station is being moved to Bristol, Conn., the headquarters of ESPN. The SEC Network, also currently located in Charlotte, will remain in its current location and is not expected to move to Bristol, per the report.

Paul Finebaum’s popular television/radio show, broadcast daily on the SEC Network, is based out of Charlotte. In total, around 100 employees are expected to be let go. Among those let go include some of the network’s best college football analysts, insiders, and writers — including Bret McMurphy.
