The SEC is home to six of the top 15 head-coaching jobs among Power 5 conferences, according to ESPN‘s rankings released on Friday.

ESPN ranked Texas with the top job last season, but that’s changed. The five criteria considered were location, recruiting base, budget and administrative stability. ESPN college football reporters Chris Low, Ryan McGee, Adam Rittenberg and Mark Schlabach helped piece the rankings together.

The piece mentions that feedback from coaches, agents and administrators was also given.
