ESPN has revealed dates for key SEC football contests in 2024, ahead of the conference’s reported announcement of the full schedule in December.

Alabama-Georgia, a rematch of the 2023 SEC Championship Game, is reportedly slated for Sept. 28. It’s the first regular-season meeting between the 2 teams since 2020.

Florida opens its 2024 season at the Swamp with a non-conference contest against in-state foe Miami. The same day, the Mike Elko era begins at Texas A&M as Notre Dame visits Kyle Field.

Texas, in its 1st season in the SEC, hosts Georgia on Oct. 19, with road games at Arkansas (Nov. 16) and Texas A&M (Nov. 30). The Longhorns and Aggies haven’t met since 2011. Meanwhile, Oklahoma’s schedule features Tennessee and Alabama at home (Sept. 21 and Nov. 23, respectively).

SEC teams will still play 8 conference games, at least for 2024 as a possible 9-game structure is discussed. However, there will be no divisions, with the league’s top 2 finishers to play in the championship game in Atlanta.
