A top 70 player in the Class of 2022 has narrowed his list of schools to 10 and it includes five SEC teams.

Kel’el Ware, a 6-foot-11 and 210-pound center listed as a 4-star prospect by the 247Sports Composite, has announced that Auburn, Missouri, Texas A&M, Florida and Arkansas are among the schools he’s still considering. He has a reported 17 offers. He is the No. 67 ranked player in this class, the No. 10 center and the No. 3 player out of the state of Arkansas.

The North Little Rock, Arkansas native averaged 16.4 points, 8.8 rebounds and 4.6 blocks per game as a junior, the Arkansas Democrate-Gazette reported. He was named to the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette Underclassman team as a sophomore. as well as 6A All-Conference and All-State. He plans to split time with All Arkansas Red and Memphis based Team Thad during spring and summer.

Ware has seen increased attention this season on the court and off because of the offers he has received.

“Some teams have keyed on him,” his high school coach told the Democrat-Gazette. “He has gotten better than he was last year. He was better as a sophomore than he was as a ninth grader and so he has just continued a progression that I am tickled to death with. He scores a lot of different ways and when he is locked in with a high motor, he is an elite guy. He has done that most of the time this year.”
