Pat McAfee may have saved his best College GameDay pick for last.

Ahead of the Saturday night’s all-important SEC Championship Game in Atlanta, McAfee shared his pick between Georgia and Texas in a way that only he can — with unique levels of enthusiasm, passion and suspense.

Just as he did a year ago, McAfee started the pick by leading the pro-Georgia crowd in a rendition of the Redcoat Band Chant. In 2023, McAfee pulled the rug out and ended up (correctly) picking the Crimson Tide.

This year, McAfee briefly went for a similar fake-out, but ended up picking Georgia in the end. Here’s a clip from McAfee’s big moment:

This will be the second meeting this season between Georgia and Texas. The 2 programs met in Austin back in October, with Georgia coming out on top in a 30-15 victory. However, that was the only game the Longhorns lost this season.

The winner of this game is expected to earn a first-round bye in the College Football Playoff and could even land the No. 1 overall seed depending on what happens in the Big Ten Championship Game.

Kickoff is set for 4 p.m. ET on ABC.
