Drew Lock threw 3 touchdown passes as Missouri manhandled Florida for the second consecutive year, this time 38-17 to improve their bowl possibilities Saturday.

Lock tossed touchdown passes to Emanuel Hall, Albert Okwuegbunam and Kam Scott as the Tigers scored 21 unanswered points in the first half.

The Gators saw any chance of a New Year’s 6 bowl evaporate at The Swamp and might have a new quarterback controversy after Feleipe Franks was benched.

Franks was 9-of-22 for 84 yards and a rushing touchdown. Backup Kyle Trask threw a touchdown pass with a game out of reach to make the score 35-17. Trask finished 10-for-18 for 126 yards.

Lock’s touchdown pass to Scott, a 41-yarder made it 28-10 Tigers and he added a 4-yarder to Hall to make it 35-10.

Larry Rountree III and Demarea Crockett both scored on touchdown runs in the first half.

Florida (6-3, 4-3) struggled on offense behind Franks. His longest completion was a 27-yarder to Kadarius Toney.

Missouri, meanwhile, just needs one more win for bowl eligibility.
