Report: Former Alabama RB dies in car accident
Tragic news spread through Tuscaloosa and SEC country early Wednesday morning.
Days after being arrested, earning a suspension from his third college program, former Alabama RB Altee Tenpenny has died in a car accident.
First reported by Rivals.com, and confirmed by several Alabama players, the news is sad and sobering for any college football fan.

@Got_da_captain He was arrested Sunday. Several NLR folks told me he was on his way home and had the wreck.

Tenpenny transferred from Alabama in January and then was dismissed from UNLV for “breaking team rules.” He then was arrested Sunday for possession of a firearm and discharging a weapon. Nicholls State had announced an indefinite suspension for the running back.
A former four-star recruit from North Little Rock (Ark.), Tenpenny ran for 136 yards for the Crimson Tide in 2015.
