Report: Transferring Clemson DL Josh Belk will visit 2 SEC schools this week
Last week, freshman Clemson DT Josh Belk asked for and was granted an unconditional release from the Tigers program.
The 2018 signee was a 5-star defensive tackle and 247Sports had him rated as the No. 1 player at his position.
On Tuesday, it was announced that Belk would make visits to a pair of SEC schools — Georgia and South Carolina — this week:

Obviously, a player of his talent would be a big boost to whatever team lands him, but he has yet to make a final decision as he considers his options.
Belk is a South Carolina native and will have plenty of eligibility remaining for his next team. It is unclear if he’ll have to sit out a year since he hasn’t played, or whether he’ll be eligible right away.
