It’s an All-SEC national championship, and the haters are already out in full force

The national championship is going to go to an SEC team this year. Now, the only question is whether it will be Alabama or Georgia taking home the hardware.
Georgia took down Oklahoma in a thrilling double-overtime Rose Bowl showdown, while Alabama thoroughly dominated Clemson in the Sugar Bowl.
Now, both teams will prepare to play a week from Monday in Atlanta in what is sure to be a raucous environment at Mercedes-Benz Stadium.
However, not everyone is thrilled with the prospect of an all-SEC championship game, as haters (and a couple of media members) took to Twitter to express their dismay at the thought of next week’s game:
So the SEC Champ is going to have to play the third place finisher in their own league, after beating the team that beat said team, in order to win the National Championship……..got it….#RoseBowl was a classic while this game is painfully one sided #GoodNight

This is so bad for college football. Fans are really gonna see thru the farce we call “playoffs” and realize it’s a rigged system designed to benefit the elites.

An All-SEC #CFBPlayoff Title game is a good thing simply because it's going to get us to an expanded playoff faster.

An all-SEC championship game will be nauseating. No one wins.

I don’t have a lot of interest in watching an all-SEC matchup for the #NationalChampionship

Here I was all optimistic about 2018 and just one day in, it already looks like we’re getting an all-SEC national championship game.
(Although OU lost, so there is that. #HookEm)

So the CFP was created in response to an all-SEC title game, and now in the CFP era, we are about to get an all-SEC title game ?
